1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Student", "Parent/Guardian") and FormsKart Edutech Private Limited("FormsKart", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the FormsKart website (formskart.in), counselling and mentorship programs, notification and alert services, and other related educational services offered by FormsKart.

By accessing or browsing our website, submitting an order, registering for any service, or making a payment for any counselling or mentorship program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Description of Services

FormsKart provides educational and admission-support services, including Mentorship, entrance examination updates, cutoff analysis reports, JoSAA/CSAB counselling and choice-filling guidance, and academic admission advisory services.

Our programs are designed to assist students and candidates in understanding and navigating the admission process for engineering entrance examinations and related counselling procedures, including JEE Main, JEE Advanced, BITSAT, and various State-level entrance examinations.

3. Eligibility & Accurate Information

You represent and warrant that the information you provide during checkout, registration, or callback inquiries—including your full name, email address, mobile number, academic year, and location—is accurate, current, and complete. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your enrollment is authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

FormsKart offers various subscription plans for JEE examination updates and related educational services, including the Basic Program, Premium Program, and Premium+ Program. The applicable pricing, duration, features, inclusions, and other relevant details of each plan will be clearly displayed on the FormsKart website or communicated to the User at the time of enrollment.

All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes, if any, unless otherwise specified.

FormsKart reserves the right to modify, revise, discontinue, or introduce subscription plans, pricing, promotional offers, discounts, benefits, or feature inclusions at its discretion. Any such changes will apply to future enrollments or renewals and will not retrospectively alter the terms or pricing of an already active subscription, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Payments for subscriptions must be completed through our authorized third-party payment gateway (Cashfree Payments). Upon successful verification of payment, your order reference number (e.g., FK-2026-XXXXXX) will be generated, and your mentorship subscription will be activated against your registered email address.

As a user of FormsKart services, you agree not to:

• Share your private mentorship access credentials or proprietary research reports with unauthorized third parties.
• Engage in abusive, defamatory, or disruptive behavior during one-on-one counsellor interactions or in community groups.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract content or pricing data from the FormsKart platform.
• Impersonate any other person or submit fraudulent academic records.

All content published on the FormsKart platform—including text, graphics, logos, cutoff compilation charts, mentorship frameworks, software code, and educational materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of FormsKart Edutech Private Limited and is protected under applicable Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

Our platform may contain links or references to official government exam portals (e.g., jeemain.nta.nic.in, josaa.nic.in) and external university websites. FormsKart is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Testing Agency (NTA), the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA), or individual universities unless expressly stated. We are not responsible for the content or uptime of third-party portals.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FormsKart and its directors, mentors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services, or any decision made or action taken by you in reliance upon examination information provided on the platform.

FormsKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access for any user found violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent transaction attempts, or misusing intellectual property, without prejudice to any legal remedies available under the law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kota, Rajasthan, India.
